My career spans housing, real estate, digital services, logistics, education and public service across Ghana and Germany. The thread is consistent: understand the system, communicate clearly and make sure the work gets done.
Supporting operations for a Munich portfolio of around 540 furnished apartments and coliving units, coordinating residents, landlords, technicians and internal teams. My responsibility grew from around 140 to 250 directly managed units within three months.
Built hands on experience in resident communication, case tracking, apartment issues, service partner follow up and operational documentation before progressing into an associate role.
Supported digitalisation projects, KPI analysis, management dashboards and recurring process automation using Excel Power Query, Jira and Confluence.
Coordinated operational and project work with a focus on delivery, budgets and risk. Introduced structured controls that improved communication between management, contractors and suppliers.
Supported planning, resources, facilities and administration in the school community where the seeds of Angel Wings would later grow.
