I am Mac Angel Sackey Engmann, an operations professional, economist and community builder. My story moves between Ghana and Germany, but its compass has remained the same: faith, responsibility and the conviction that people should be better because we showed up.

The work closest to my heart
Angel Wings began with a quiet burden.
I saw children in Taifa whose access to school, confidence and opportunity was shaped by circumstances they did not choose. What began as one concern grew into a shared mission across Ghana and Germany: help children feel seen, stay connected to education and believe that their future can be larger than their present.

Between both worlds, I have learned to listen across cultures, lead without losing tenderness and make strategy useful in everyday life.
